Kristopher C. Gaisford

Kristopher C. Gaisford has held a variety of roles in the IT industry since 2015. From 2015-2017, they worked at Bask Technology, Inc. as a Graveyard Computer Technician and Technology Advisor/Customer Service Representative. During this time, they were responsible for troubleshooting and diagnosing customer computer issues, as well as taking detailed notes on the customer's issues. Kristopher C. also handled customer account questions and made changes to accounts as needed.

From 2017-2022, they worked at TruHearing as a System Administrator (Linux) / DevOps and IT Helpdesk Technician. In this role, they maintained and setup Cloud/Servers that met PCI, HIPAA, SOC 2, HI Trust, and NIST Compliance controls. Kristopher C. also used Docker to migrate some of the on-prem infrastructure to the Cloud. Additionally, they were the front-line of support for 200+ End Users and assisted in Weekly and Monthly Audits and Testing to verify compliance.

Currently, Kristopher is working at NABIS as a Junior Devops Engineer, working on paving this path.

Kristopher C. Gaisford's education history includes attending Mountain Applied Technical College from 2015 to 2016, studying Information Technology, and Lehi High School from 2013 to 2016, where they obtained a High School degree in General. Kristopher C. also holds certifications from Amazon, Red Hat, and TestOut Corporation, including an Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect Associate (2021), Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) (2019), Networking Pro (2016), PC Pro (2016), and Security Pro (2016).
