Anirudh Avilala

Anirudh Avilala is a Data Scientist at Nabors Industries since February 2021, specializing in SmartPOWER, Predictive Maintenance, and Equipment Condition Monitoring, as well as developing machine learning-based engine optimization to reduce greenhouse gas emissions through decreased fuel usage in drilling operations. Prior to this role, Anirudh served as a Research Fellow in Machine Learning at the Soft and Active Matter Lab at the University of Massachusetts Amherst from July 2020 to April 2021. Anirudh holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Rochester (2018-2020) and a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Technology (2014-2018).
