Sumayyah Islam

Sumayyah Islam is an accomplished Electrical Engineer with experience at Nabors Industries as an Electrical Engineer I, specializing in assembling sensor units and soldering PCBs to enhance data collection systems. Prior internships have included roles at Avanade, where Sumayyah developed a gas-price website, and CenterPoint Energy, where oversight of Failed Equipment Projects and improvements in substations were key responsibilities. As a leader within the Society of Asian Scientists and Engineers, Sumayyah contributed to mentorship programs and enhanced member engagement.
