Ronja Krebs has a diverse work experience, starting in 2004 as an Assistant Teacher at the Cued Speech Center in Malaysia. In 2009, they interned at Machhapuchhre FM, assisting the Managing Director. Ronja then moved on to an internship at Alila Hotels & Resorts, focusing on Corporate Social Responsibility and Customer Service. In 2011, they interned at Oxfam Italia, specifically in Fundraising and Event Management.
In 2012, they joined WiN=WiN GmbH as a Project Assistant, where they promoted Corporate Social Responsibility of European multinational companies in emerging economies and worked on the International Social and Environmental Standard for the global natural stone industry.
Since 2014, Ronja has been associated with NABU e.V. Ronja initially worked as a Project Coordinator for BMZ-funded projects until 2019. From 2019 onwards, they served as the Head of SDG-Campaign. In 2021, they took on the role of Head of Project Competence Center.
Overall, Ronja Krebs has gained experience in project management, corporate social responsibility, fundraising, event management, and promoting sustainability in various sectors.
Ronja Krebs holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in International Studies of Global Management (ISGM) from HSB Hochschule Bremen – City University of Applied Sciences. Ronja also completed a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Human Rights and Genocide Studies from both Università degli Studi di Siena and Kingston University. Additionally, they participated in an exchange semester at the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, focusing on MBA studies.
