Ashley Edmiston

Public Health Infrastructure And Systems at NACCHO

Ashley Edmiston is a seasoned professional in workforce development, currently serving as the Director of Workforce Development at NACCHO since January 2013. In this role, Ashley develops and implements strategies to enhance the local governmental public health workforce through project management and administration. Prior to this position, Ashley worked as a Senior Program Analyst at the American Psychological Association from 2005 to 2013, including serving as Program Officer for the Center for Psychology in Schools and Education, and leading the Catalyst Program that supported exceptional high school students interested in Chemistry. Ashley holds a Master of Public Health degree from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Science in Psychological Science from the University of Westminster.
