Emily Winkelstein

Emily Winkelstein has a wealth of experience in the field, having worked in various organizations such as NACCHO, Maryland Department of Health, NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, NDRI, Harm Reduction Coalition, and SWAN Project. Emily holds a Master's degree in Social Work with a focus on Community Organizing from Hunter College and a Bachelor's degree in Criminology/Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland.
