Christie Springer is currently the Sr. Special Events Manager at Phil Stefani Signature Restaurants, overseeing the highly anticipated opening of the new Tavern on Rush this summer. With a background in events management and sales, Christie has held various positions in the hospitality industry, including roles at Shore Club Chicago, NACE | Greater Chicago Chapter, Levy Restaurants, and Sodexo Live!. With extensive experience in destination management and operations, Christie has also worked at Hosts Global and Hard Rock Cafe Chicago. Graduating with a degree in Ornamental Horticulture, Christie's career has been focused on delivering exceptional event experiences to clients and guests.
