Ed then moved on to become the Director of Research at MidAtlantic Employers' Association from May 1995 to January 2007. Currently, they are the Director of Strategic and Foundation Research at the National Association of Colleges and Employers.
Ed Koc attended the University of Scranton from 1969 to 1973, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in History. Ed then pursued further education at the University of Pennsylvania from 1973 to 1978, working towards a doctoral degree in Political Science.
