Gerald Tang Ed.d.

Gerald Tang, Ed.D., currently serves as the Executive Director of the Career Services and Internships Office at Bridgewater State University, where responsibilities include merging two offices into a centralized operation and leading a diverse team to enhance career readiness for students. With extensive experience in higher education and career services, Gerald has held key roles, including Assistant Dean for Career Integration at St. Francis College and Senior Associate Director at Baruch College. Active in professional associations, Gerald serves as a committee member and co-chair across several initiatives with the National Association of Colleges and Employers, focusing on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Gerald holds a Doctor of Education in Higher Education Leadership from Maryville University of Saint Louis, a Master of Arts in Student Affairs from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development from Binghamton University.
