Kacheyta McClellan, MBA, CA has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of diversity, inclusion, and career development. Kacheyta is currently serving as the Director of Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging at the National Association of Colleges and Employers, where they develop and implements strategies to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion. Kacheyta also served as a Senior Administrative Assistant, where they assisted in operations, trained staff, collaborated on budget planning, and managed website and calendar design.

Kacheyta McClellan, MBA, CA (He/Him/His) completed their education at the Romain College of Business. Kacheyta earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Human Resources in 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Management from the same institution in 2010.
In addition to their degrees, Kacheyta has obtained several certifications. In 2015, they earned a Career Advisor Certification from the International Association of Career Advisors. Kacheyta further enhanced their knowledge and skills by completing the "Diversity: Inclusion in the Modern Workplace (EDU)" course offered by EVERFI in October 2019. In 2021, they completed the "Diversity Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace" program at the University of South Florida Muma College of Business. More recently, in 2022, they completed the "Unconscious Bias" course and the "Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences" course, both offered by LinkedIn.
