Jess Cole

Jess Cole has worked in the finance industry since 2012. Jess began their career as an Equity Research Intern at Luther King Capital Management in 2012. In 2013, they joined Cadence Bank, N.A. as a Credit Analyst in the Energy Banking department. Jess then progressed to become an Associate and eventually an Assistant Vice President in the Midstream Energy & Petrochemicals department. In 2019, they moved to Jefferies as an Investment Banking Associate. Most recently, Cole has been working at Nacero Inc. since 2021, holding the roles of Manager and Director of Strategic Finance.

Jess Cole attended The University of Texas at Austin from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance and Investment Management. Jess then attended Columbia Business School from 2017 to 2019 and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
