Amy Shahan

Amy Shahan is a highly experienced attorney with a strong background in mass tort litigation. Currently a Partner at Nachawati Law Group since January 2024, Shahan manages the mass torts department, bringing enthusiasm for new challenges. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Attorney at McDonald Worley PC, where management of various mass tort dockets was undertaken. Shahan previously held positions at Fears | Nachawati Law Firm, Simon Greenstone Panatier, PC, the Law Office of Wayne R. Shahan, and Baron & Budd, P.C., accumulating extensive experience in case management, legal evaluation, and litigation. Shahan earned a Juris Doctor from Baylor University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Baylor University.
