Nacho Daddy
Joe Landolfi currently serves as the General Manager at Nacho Daddy, a position held since January 2018. Previously, Landolfi managed Loco Cantina from September 2016 to February 2018 and Pampas Churrascaria for a brief period in early 2016. Prior experience includes roles as Specialty Restaurant Operations Manager and General Manager at Aliante Casino + Hotel + Spa from January 2012 to January 2016, and General Manager at Station Casinos from October 2010 to January 2012. Additionally, Landolfi worked as an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager and Project Superintendent at Vegas Valley Construction LLC between July 2002 and October 2010. Landolfi completed education at Mojave High School from 1996 to 2000.
