Shimaa Mousa

Shimaa Mousa currently serves as the Operational Excellence Section Head at NACITA, a position held since October 2019, and has also taken on roles as Quality Assurance Section Head, Quality Assurance & Process Improvement Supervisor, and Quality Assurance Specialist within the same organization. Prior to NACITA, Shimaa Mousa worked as a Quality Assurance Specialist at Swisscert from August 2015 to October 2019 and as a Sales Engineer & Order Processing professional at Blue Arc from October 2014 to September 2015. Educational qualifications include an expected Master of Business Administration with a focus on Crisis Management from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, as well as a diploma and an undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering from Cairo University, completed in 2018 and 2014, respectively.
