Jakob Söderbaum

Jakob Söderbaum serves as a Dataskyddsombud (DPO) for Nacka kommun since December 2023, overseeing dataskydd for the municipality’s 11 committees and two municipal companies, supported by 44 dataskyddssamordnare. Previously, from February 2021 to December 2023, Jakob held the same position at Huddinge kommun, managing dataskydd for 13 committees and 6 administrations, implementing systematic reviews, risk analyses, and developing internal policies. With experience as a business development consultant at various organizations, including Stockholm Sourcing and Claremont AB, Jakob has also led GDPR compliance efforts and project management within IT-related organizational development. Educational qualifications include a Certified Data Protection Officer (GDPR) credential and degrees in Business Administration and Law from Uppsala University.
