Lillian Novak has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. Lillian started their career at Barclays Bank PLC in 1982, where they worked as an Assistant Vice President until 1988. Lillian then moved on to Robert Morris Associates/Risk Management Association, where they served as an Account Executive from 1988 to 1995. Since 1999, they have been associated with NACM Connect, initially joining as the Vice President of Education and Marketing. Later, they took on the role of Chief Communications Officer (CCO). With a strong background in finance, marketing, and communications, Lillian Novak has established herself as a valuable asset in the industry.

Lillian Novak attended DePaul University from 1975 to 1980, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business.
