Jelmer van der Meer is currently the Director Airport Asset Design at NACO, Netherlands Airport Consultants, where Jelmer has been since July 2007. Jelmer also has experience as a Project Manager at GLRC, Gibraltar Land Reclamation Company, and as a Trainee at Vialis Traffic B.V. Jelmer holds a MSc. in Civil Engineering from Delft University of Technology and a degree in Project Management from Insights International. As a Project Manager, Jelmer was responsible for the Planning and Construction Management of Terminal 3 Area Development at Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport and as Employer's Agent Jelmer ensured the correct execution of the Design and Build contract for Gibraltar New International Airport.
