Ahmad al Dawood

Ahmad Al Dawood has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at NADEC Foods since June 2024. Prior to this role, Ahmad held the position of Talent Acquisition Manager at Rua Al Madinah Holding Company from August 2022 to May 2024 and served as Recruitment Manager at both Elixir Management Consultancy and Allianz Saudi Fransi from August 2018 to August 2022 and April 2016 to August 2018, respectively. Ahmad's career in recruitment began at Al Rajhi Bank, where roles included Recruitment & Onboarding Manager and Senior Recruitment Officer from January 2009 to April 2016. Ahmad's professional journey also includes managing the office of the Legal General Manager at SABIC from January 2001 to December 2008. Ahmad holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Al Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University and an Executive Secretary certification from the Institute of Public Administration.
