Saad Alhowaimel

Saad Alhowaimel is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in information technology leadership across various sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Digital & Technology at NADEC Foods since September 2020, Saad has been instrumental in shaping IT strategies and initiatives aligned with corporate objectives. Previous roles include Director of Information Technology at the Ministry of Justice - KSA, where Saad established the IT department and strategy in compliance with the Infath program, and Director of IT at the Royal Commission for AlUla, focusing on strategic IT establishment. Earlier positions include managerial roles at Abdullatif Alissa Group, Gulf Monetary Council, ARASCO, and Capital Market Authority, showcasing a consistent trajectory of advancing IT capabilities and operational efficiencies. Saad holds a Master’s in Computer Science from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis and a Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals.
