Wayne Shears, CESP, is an experienced professional in the mining and equipment maintenance industry. Currently serving as the Mining Maintenance Manager at N A Degerstrom Inc since October 2020, Wayne previously held roles at Western States Equipment from July 2006 to August 2020, including PSSR and Mechanic / Service Lead. Before that, Wayne worked as a Mechanic / Operator at Seubert Excavators, Inc from June 1997 to July 2006. Wayne’s educational background includes studies at the University of Detroit Mercy from 1994 to 1996 and the University of Idaho from 1996 to 1997.
