Nadir Figueiredo Ind e Com SA (Nadir) is a Brazil-based company principally engaged in the manufacture of glass products. The Company is involved in the manufacture, commercialization, import and export of glasses, plates, bowls, vases, ovenware, pitchers and ashtrays, among other household glass products. Additionally, the Company's portfolio includes glass packaging for food and beverages, such as bottles and jars. The Company operates industrial facilities in the Brazilian cities of Sao Paulo and Suzano. As of December 31, 2011, the Company had three direct subsidiaries: Multividro Industria e Comercio Ltda, Mineracao Rosicler Ltda and Colorex Comercio e Desenvolvimento de Produtos.
