Baisil Varghese

Baisil Varghese is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the construction and engineering sector. Currently serving as Deputy Managing Director and Projects Engineer at Nael General Contracting Group since August 2019, Baisil also holds the position of Research Engineer at Heriot-Watt University since January 2022. In addition, Baisil has been a Governing Board Member at Saintgits Group of Institutions since March 2018 and previously worked as a Civil Engineer for Nael General Contracting Group from September 2017 to September 2018, as well as completed an internship at ANP in 2016. Baisil's training includes Contracts Management, Client Relations, Dispute Resolution, and Construction Project Management Consultancy. Baisil's academic credentials comprise an Engineering Doctorate from Heriot-Watt University, a Master of Science from UCL, and a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli. Early education was completed at Our Own English High School, Al-Ain.
