Kevin McCarthy

Kevin McCarthy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the engineering and finance sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at NAES Corporation since May 2025, McCarthy previously held various positions at Shanahan Engineering from July 2009 to June 2025, including Vice President and Operations Director for the Eastern Hemisphere. McCarthy's responsibilities included leading projects in the Maintenance Services Division and overseeing significant initiatives such as the hydro testing of Boiler 6 in South Africa. Earlier career experience includes working as an Employee Relations Officer and Traders Assistant at Merrill Lynch, as well as serving as an Accounts Assistant at Allied Irish Banks. McCarthy holds an Honors degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Limerick, earned between 2001 and 2005.
