Stan Weeks has over 20 years of Human Resources, Operations and Industrial Engineering expertise to the business. He has experience leading human resource initiatives within fast-growth, innovative companies in the Aerospace and Forest Products industries. Mr. Weeks has a strong track record of increasing value through human capital management, operational excellence, strategic planning and execution across a number of businesses.

While at NAES, Mr. Weeks has focused on ethical business practices, continuous improvement and working with leaders to improve operations, grow the business and develop talent. He holds a BS in Management from Central Washington University.
