David Schjelde

David Schjelde has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the Leader of Leadership, Organization, and Law at Næstved Kommune since August 2019. In this role, David coordinates HR and workplace environment initiatives and acts as an HR Chief Consultant. Previously, David held positions at Hørsholm Kommune, where responsibilities included leading strategic HR efforts and managing significant organizational digitalization projects. David's career also includes roles as a self-employed coach and consultant, focusing on lean administration, process optimization, and change management. With a solid educational background that includes a Bachelor’s degree from Copenhagen Business School and various certifications in conflict management and coaching, David Schjelde brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the field of HR and organizational strategy.
