Saori Minakawa

Saori Minakawa is the Director of People Operations at NA:EUN Hospitality, bringing over a decade of experience in restaurant operations. Previously, Saori served as the General Manager of Atomix, where significant contributions led to the restaurant's prestigious #6 ranking in the World’s 50 Best Restaurants List and the receipt of the 'Gin Mare Art of Hospitality Award' in 2022. Prior to Atomix, Saori held the position of General Manager at o ya NYC and served as a Service Manager at the same establishment before that. Saori's academic credentials include an MBA in Hospitality Management with a concentration in Finance from Les Roches International School of Hotel Management, where recognition as the "Top MBA Student of the Year" was achieved, and dual Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration, Law, and Entrepreneurship from Boston University. Additionally, Saori interned in the Photographs Department at Christie's in 2006.
