David Fosnocht

Director, Immigration Practice Resources at NAFSA: Association of International Educators

David Fosnocht has extensive experience in international education and immigration law, currently serving as the Director of Immigration Practice Resources at NAFSA: Association of International Educators since December 1999. Prior to this role, David held the position of Associate Director at the International Services Office at The George Washington University from March 1989 to November 1999. David began their career as an attorney at Manuel Rivera, Esq. and Associates, focusing on immigration law from August 1987 to March 1989. Educated at Georgetown University Law Center, where David earned a J.D. from 1984 to 1987, and Villanova University, where a B.A. in modern languages was obtained from 1980 to 1984.
