Elizabeth Cameron currently serves as the Associate Director of Internationalization Services at NAFSA: Association of International Educators, a position held since January 2021, where responsibilities include managing the Senator Paul Simon Award for Campus Internationalization and collaborating with volunteers in the International Education Leadership Knowledge Community. Prior to this, Elizabeth worked at American Councils for International Education from January 2009 to September 2020, holding several roles including Program Manager for Internationalization and Global Engagement, and Senior Program Officer, where tasks involved overseeing language immersion and internship programs, creating promotional materials, and advising participants in various international programs. Elizabeth holds a BA in Russian Area Studies with a minor in Computer Science from American University, earned between 2006 and 2010.
