David Hochfelder

David Hochfelder is the Chief Investment Officer and Executive Vice President/Head of Acquisitions at Naftali Group since August 2016. Prior to their current position, David held roles at RFR Holding LLC as Vice President - Acquisitions & Capital Markets, at City Investment Fund as an Acquisitions Analyst, and at Park Avenue Funding, LLC / The Lightstone Group as a Financial Analyst. David holds a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School, a Master's degree in Real Estate Finance from New York University, and a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Pennsylvania. David completed their high school education at The Dalton School.
