Maria Zamfir is an experienced HR professional and dance coach with a diverse background in human resources analytics and coaching. Currently serving as an HR Admin at NAGA since October 2022, Maria previously held HR Admin roles at CAPEX.com and specialized in Human Resources Analytics at Organon Analytics SRL. A comprehensive skill set includes managing the recruitment process, creating job postings, and developing teaching curricula in dance. Maria has taught at various institutions while also holding positions as a psychologist, conducting evaluations and interviews. Academic qualifications include two master's degrees in Evaluation, Counseling, and Psychotherapy, and Human Resources Psychology, as well as a bachelor's degree in Psychology and a coaching certification.
