Richmond Roque holds extensive culinary experience, currently serving as Senior Sous Chef at NagaWorld since August 2012, where responsibilities include overseeing multiple kitchen divisions—Asian, Western, and Japanese—and managing staff assignments and schedules. Prior roles include Sous Chef at Thansur Bokor Highland Resort, Chef De Partie at Hatien Vegas Entertainment Resort, Head Chef at 88 Resto Bar, and Assistant Chef at Bistro Lorenzo, culminating in a diverse skill set in menu planning, food preparation, kitchen operations, and staff training. Richmond Roque's professional background is supported by a degree in Steward Ship Culinary Arts from Bataan Maritime Institute and a degree in Electrical from Bataan Polytechnic State College.
