Sao Leou

Sao Leou is an experienced F&B professional with a career spanning over 15 years in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the F&B, Outlets Manager at NagaWorld since June 2016, Sao Leou oversees the operations of four outlets, focusing on development, promotion planning, and P&L analysis. Previous roles include Senior Operations Manager at Amarisara and Food and Beverage Manager at Central Park Sports Complex, where responsibilities encompassed food promotion planning, guest relations, and staff training. Sao Leou has also held managerial positions at Thansur Bokor Highland Resort and Naga World Hotel and Casino, and started the career as a Captain at Raffles Hotel Le Royal, with a strong foundation in customer service and staff management. Sao Leou holds a Master of Business Administration in Tourism and Hospitality from the National University of Management.
