Vijay D. Dhondge

Vijay D. Dhondge currently serves as the Head of R & D-CDMO & Fluorine at NACL Industries Limited since May 2023. With extensive experience in research and development, Vijay has held significant positions including Executive Vice President & Head of R & D-CRO, CDMO & Site Head at LAXAI Life Sciences from 2019 to 2023, Vice President & Head of R & D-CDMO at Innovassynth Technologies (I) Ltd. between 2016 and 2019, and GM & Head of R & D-CDMO at Navin Fluorine International Ltd. from 2013 to 2016. Earlier roles include Senior Director-Med Chemistry at Sai Life Sciences Ltd. and Associate Director-Med Chemistry & Site Head at TCG Lifesciences Pvt Ltd. Educationally, Vijay earned a Ph.D. in Synthetic Organic Chemistry from CSIR-National Chemical Laboratory in Pune, followed by post-doctoral fellowships at National Taiwan University and Ecole Polytechnique in Paris.
