Dr Shalini Sarin

Dr. Shalini Sarin is an accomplished independent director with extensive experience across various leading organizations. Currently serving as Independent Director and Chair of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee at RSB Global and Polyplex, Dr. Sarin also holds significant positions at Schneider Electric, Sagility, Kirloskar Ferrous, Nagarro, and Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited. Additionally, Dr. Sarin contributes to the Climate Group’s India Advisory Group and is a member of the Board of Trustees at Plaksha University. Dr. Sarin's educational background includes degrees from renowned institutions such as Harvard Business School and INSEAD, culminating in a PhD in Organization Culture and Behavior from Jamia Millia Islamia.
