Yifat Chen

Yifat Chen has over 10 years of work experience, starting with a role as an Education Officer in the Israel Defense Forces from 2011 to 2013. Yifat then worked as a Technical Recruiter at Aman Group from 2019 to 2021, primarily recruiting for technical positions and managing the full cycle recruiting process. In 2021, Yifat joined Deloitte as a Technical Talent Sourcer & Branding, and later as a Talent Acquisition Specialist where they managed the full recruitment cycle for various technical positions. This involved performing interviews, sourcing candidates, and working closely with hiring managers. Yifat's most recent work experience is with Nagish, where they serve as a Talent Acquisition Specialist starting from April 2023.

Yifat Chen completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sociology at The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo from 2016 to 2019. In 2021, they completed a digital marketing course at The Open University of Israel. Additionally, they obtained three certification courses from LinkedIn, namely Employer Branding on LinkedIn, Social Recruiting for Recruiters, and Talent Sourcing.
