Nancy Goldberg

Nancy Goldberg is the EVP, Chief Marketing and Sales Officer at NAGRA. Nancy has over 15 years of experience in the media and technology industries.

Nancy started their career at Amazon Web Services, where they were the Enterprise Service Manager. In this role, they supported the relationship with global media organizations and worked towards ways to develop a long term Professional Services strategy.

In September 2017, Nancy left Amazon Web Services to become a Strategic Business Consultant. As a consultant, they have advised the institutional investors of a billion-dollar multinational company on the intrinsic value of the company and why the share price had severely dropped in a 12 month period. Nancy has also helped a small privately-held company acquire a $3M financing option.

Nancy is an expert in organizational structure, pricing, change management, financial operations, and mergers and acquisitions. Nancy has a proven track record of helping companies expand into new markets and turn around underperforming businesses.

They work with Mauro Saladini - CFO, Morten Solbakken - COO. Nancy Goldberg reports to André Kudelski, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.
