Naveen H S is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in management and development within the technology sector. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at NAGRA since March 2012, Naveen has successfully established an offshore development team, transitioned operations from the UK/Switzerland to Bangalore, and implemented Agile Scrum methodologies to enhance product delivery. Prior roles include Engineering Manager at Tellabs and Module Lead at Airvana, where responsibilities encompassed setting up offshore teams, developing infrastructure, and managing System Integration Test activities. Naveen began the career as a Software Engineer at Sasken and holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications from SJCE, University of Mysore.
