Paul Overn

Paul Overn possesses over 32 years of experience in operational and warehousing executive leadership, particularly within the printing, mailing, and fulfillment industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Pre-Production Services and Vice President of Operations at Nahan since October 2020, Paul has also led Paul Overn Software & Consulting since January 1988, focusing on custom computer programming and manufacturing consulting. Previously, as VP of Minnesota Manufacturing Operations at IWCO Direct, Paul managed over 1100 employees across multiple facilities and held various leadership roles, including Director of MN Lettershops, Little Falls Operations Director, and Director of IT. Paul is actively seeking new manufacturing opportunities while leveraging extensive expertise in operations and logistics.
