Thabang Skwambane is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership and management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Nahana Communications Group since March 2022, Thabang has also held the position of Chairman and Founder of Aluwani (formerly The Lonely Road Foundation) since February 2007. Previous roles include Group Managing Director at FCB & Hellocomputer Joburg Group from August 2019 to March 2022, and Managing Director of FCB Joburg from February 2015 to August 2019. Thabang's career began in finance, working as an Owner at Kaelo from 2005 to 2011 and as an Account Executive and Project Manager at Standard Bank of South Africa from 2001 to 2005. Early experience includes serving as a Private Banker at Investec from 1998 to 2001. Thabang holds a Master of Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School, an Archbishop Tutu Fellowship in Leadership, and a B.Com in Finance and Accounts from the University of Cape Town.
