(NAHT) Nashville Anti-Human Trafficking Coalition

🌼From Awareness to Action and Impact (2013-Present) 🌼NAHT's journey began when its founder and executive director, Mary Trapnell, was confronted with the stark reality of human trafficking in her community. Fueled by her awareness and compassion for the victims, she committed herself to fighting this atrocity and aiding those victimized. Mary started by serving victims directly, joining an anti-trafficking organization, and building a support network. This laid the foundation for NAHT to become the impactful organization it is today. 🌼A Turning Point (2019) In 2019, a generous $50,000 gift propelled NAHT to establish itself as a registered non-profit. This pivotal moment enabled us to build the necessary infrastructure to rescue and restore survivors. 🌼Building a Sustainable Future (2020) NAHT transitioned from a volunteer-driven to a business model in 2020, ensuring sustainable impact in our mission to rescue and restore women and children affected by trafficking. 🌼Monumental Growth (2021- Present) The inaugural ALL4NAHT fundraiser in 2021 raised over $500,000, facilitating our move to a permanent headquarters. Renovations completed in 2022 allowed NAHT to offer essential services directly from its headquarters. Governor Bill Lee's $1.2 million state appropriation significantly boosted our efforts, and the second ALL4NAHT event surpassed the first. In 2023, NAHT launched the "Educate to Recognize" program and "The Sweet Daisy Petit Four Shoppe," an enterprise that empowers survivors through training and job opportunities. Sweet Daisy makes delectable and beautiful Petit Fours for all occasions and events. 🌼Join Us in Ending Trafficking Donate: Support our critical work financially. Volunteer: Share your time and talents. Careers: Make a lasting impact through employment opportunities.
