Paul Cummings

Paul Cummings has a comprehensive work experience in the affordable housing and community development industry. Paul has held various senior executive roles at organizations such as the National Affordable Housing Trust (NAHT), Enterprise Community Partners, Inc., and Enterprise Community Investment, Inc. At NAHT, they served as the Senior Vice President, Director of Originations & Capital Markets, where they were responsible for raising capital for affordable housing developments. Prior to this, they held roles such as Vice President, Senior Acquisitions Officer and Acquisitions Officer at NAHT.

Before joining NAHT, Paul worked at Enterprise Community Partners, Inc. as the Senior Vice President, Solutions, where they managed the delivery of programs, products, and strategy in key markets.
