Brenda Redell

Brenda Redell has extensive work experience in various roles, primarily focused on human resources, training, and organizational management. Brenda currently holds the position of Human Resources Director at NAI Black since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Redell Services from 2012 to 2022, where they played a key role in contracting with doctors to set up ambulatory surgery centers and managing the hiring, training, and certification processes. Brenda was also the President of Northwest Caulking Inc from 2017 to 2020, utilizing their skills in recruiting, human resources, and contract negotiation to ensure the company's success. Earlier in their career, they served as the Director of Operations and Human Resources at Haven Homes from 2006 to 2017, overseeing daily operations and implementing training programs. Brenda also worked as a Business Operations Manager at PAML Inc from 1995 to 2000, handling billing, data entry, human resources, and transitioning to electronic medical records and a new billing system.
