Dawn Lowder

Dawn Lowder has over 40 years of experience in retail real estate, currently serving as Vice President of Retail Real Estate at NAI Capital since September 1999. Prior to this role, Dawn owned and operated CCS Commercial Brokerage, generating substantial net sales while focusing on retail clients and non-profits. Dawn also held positions at Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate as a Senior Associate, and at Tower Group and Safeway as a Senior Broker and Real Estate Representative, respectively, specializing in retail tenants and development. Dawn began a career in real estate as a Real Estate Representative for Stater Bros. Markets, where research and development of store locations were primary responsibilities. Dawn's education includes two years of business study at Citrus College.
