Currently serving as Fund Manager for GPS Opportunity Fund since August 2024, Gian oversees an opportunistic real estate fund sponsored by NAI Capital Commercial, the largest privately held real estate firm in California. Previously, Gian held the position of Chief Investment Officer and Executive Vice President at NAI Capital since October 2018. Prior roles include Vice President at Colliers-International, UGL Services, and Lincoln Property Company, where responsibilities included leading suburban leasing and sales teams and real estate consulting. Gian began a career in commercial real estate as an Associate at NAI Hunneman. Educational background includes a BS/BA in Finance from Boston University and Questrom School of Business, earned between 1990 and 1994.
