Joseph's significant tenure at Grubb & Ellis Company from February 1989 to February 2012 included recognition as the top-producing agent in Metro Los Angeles and receiving the Spirit of Grubb & Ellis Award. Earlier in the career, Joseph founded and operated Gabbaian & Co. as President from January 1984 to December 1988, managing personal and client properties. Joseph holds an MBA in Real Estate & Construction Management from the University of Denver and an M. Eng. in Electrical Engineering from McGill University.
