Tina Lamonica

Tina LaMonica, SIOR, serves as a Board Member for First Place for Youth since October 2024 and has been the Executive Vice President at NAI Capital Commercial since March 2010, specializing in the purchase, sale, and leasing of commercial properties with major clients including Abeo and McGraw-Hill. Prior experience includes working as a Senior Portfolio Leasing Manager at GE Capital, managing leasing for over 75 office buildings in Southern California, and as a Real Estate Lease Negotiator for Citi, negotiating leases across the West Coast. Tina's earlier roles encompass Lease Administrator for Westfield and Director of Lease Administration at Foot Locker, overseeing retail leases for over 500 stores. Tina holds a B.S. in Legal Assistant/Paralegal from the University of West Los Angeles and an Associate of Arts from Los Angeles Valley College.
