Rick Habich

Rick Habich is an experienced property manager and entrepreneur, currently serving as a property manager at NAI Earle Furman. Habich has also established himself as the owner and area developer for SPENGA in the South Carolina markets. Prior to these roles, Habich held significant positions at TD Bank, including VP of MAC (Move, Add, Change) Lead and VP of Real Estate focusing on construction. Educated in workplace strategy through CoreNet Global, Habich holds a Master of Corporate Real Estate (MCR.w) and is an alum of Franklin & Marshall College.
