Adam Stokes

Adam Stokes, SIOR, serves as Executive Vice President at NAI Hiffman, a position held since 2019 following the merger with Nicolson Porter & List (NPL), where Adam was a Partner for 20 years. With a career spanning over three decades, Adam has specialized in advising and representing industrial real estate owners and users since beginning their professional journey at NPL in 1990. Adam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Colorado Boulder, earned in 1990.
