Gail L. Vermejan

Early in Gail's career as a property administrator, She assisted others in their job, just because She wanted to understand what they were doing differently from her role. This inquisitiveness throughout her career allowed her superiors to give her more responsibility which led to career advancement.

The Property Management field allowed her to grow from a Property Administrator to Vice President. Her career has been primarily centered around the commercial property management field including the following firms: Baird & Warner Commercial, Prime Group Realty Trust, Mid-America, Trammel Crow, and for the past 13 years NAI Hiffman. In her current role as Managing Director of Operations, She has been given the opportunity to get involved in many areas of the firm; from Brokerage, Property Management, Corporate Systems, IT Solutions, Accounting/Budgeting, Reporting, and employee relations.
