Karl Landreneau CCIM, SIOR has extensive work experience in the commercial real estate industry and the CCIM Institute. Karl began their career in 2007 as the Director of Commercial Sales and Leasing at NAI Latter & Blum Commercial Real Estate. In 2005, they joined the CCIM Institute and held various leadership roles, including President, Vice-President, First Vice President, and Education/Technology Liaison.

Karl Landreneau CCIM, SIOR completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Education from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, which they attended from 1968 to 1972. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained certifications in various fields. These include completing the "Income Statement (P&L) and Cash Flow Explained" course from LinkedIn in October 2020, and being designated as a "20 Year Designee" by the CCIM Institute in 2002.
